Child Safety Standards.

Last updated October 1, 2026.

These Child Safety Standards apply to Kiduna AI: The Change Agent (“Kiduna AI”), offered by Kiduna Club and Kinship Systems LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to providing a safe environment and have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Zero-Tolerance Standard

Kiduna AI strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”) and child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”). We do not permit anyone to use our services to create, upload, store, share, distribute, request, promote, or facilitate CSAE or CSAM.

Prohibited Conduct and Content

Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sexual exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of a child.
  • Grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, or trafficking of a child.
  • Creating, possessing, uploading, storing, sharing, or distributing CSAM.
  • Synthetic, computer-generated, or manipulated content that depicts or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child.
  • Content or conduct that promotes, normalizes, instructs, or facilitates CSAE, CSAM, or inappropriate interactions with children.
  • Attempts to evade our safeguards or use Kiduna AI to locate, exchange, or direct others to prohibited material.

Reporting a Child-Safety Concern

If you encounter suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, exploitation, or another child-safety concern involving Kiduna AI, report it promptly to our Child Safety Team at support@kinship.systems. Include the relevant account, content, and context needed for us to investigate. Do not download, copy, forward, or attach suspected CSAM to your report.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate law-enforcement authority first.

How We Respond

When we receive a child-safety report, we may:

  • Promptly review the reported account, content, and related activity.
  • Remove or restrict prohibited content and suspend or terminate accounts.
  • Preserve relevant information when required or permitted by law.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement and child-protection organizations where appropriate.
  • Improve safeguards designed to prevent repeat abuse.

Legal Compliance and Reporting

We comply with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. When we obtain actual knowledge of apparent CSAM or other reportable child exploitation, we will take appropriate action, including reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (“NCMEC”) or the relevant regional authority when required by law.

Child-Safety Contact

Our designated Child Safety Team can be contacted at support@kinship.systems. This contact is monitored for child-safety questions and reports.
