KIDUNA is the native token of the Kiduna ecosystem—a massively multiplayer AI network for connecting people, coordinating action, and creating shared value. KIDUNA powers participation, exchange, rewards, funding, and community-driven movements and missions across the Agentic Internet. Find your people, pool your power, make your mark!
You use $KI to pay for the AI that works on your behalf, and when the people you bring in use AI, value flows back through your lineage.
When the presale completes, a $500,000 liquidity pool opens at the same price and trading begins.
Get KI →New members start with 10,000,000 KI for 100 USDC, ready to put AI to work right away.
Sign up with a code from someone you know. The code places you in their lineage.
Pay through Stripe. The processing fee is shown before you pay, and the USDC lands in your Kiduna wallet.
Commit your 100 USDC and receive 10,000,000 KI at the genesis price of $0.00001.
Spend KI on AI agents across Kiduna. Every action is priced from its real cost.
The entire supply is created in a single mint, then the mint authority is permanently removed. There will never be more than 10,000,000,000,000 KI. All future distribution comes from the existing reserve.
The first 125,000,000,000 KI are sold at the genesis price, targeting $1,250,000. When public trading opens, the market starts at the same price.
KI stays in the app until the sale completes. You can use it for AI right away. Moving KI out of the app opens once the full $1,250,000 is sold and public trading begins.
After trading opens, any direct sale by the treasury uses the market price. Kinship Duna will not undercut the public market.
Every AI action has a real cost: model usage, storage, retrieval and infrastructure. The price is that cost times the Agency Premium of 10×, settled in KI at the moment you use it.
What one AI action costs to run.
The price of that action.
KI at the genesis price of $0.00001.
A changing token price doesn't change what AI costs. Before trading opens, the published genesis price is used. After that, a time-weighted market price is used.
The premium funds lineage rewards, the people whose work is used, and the network's reserves.
Every member joins with a Kinship Code, which places them in a lineage. When someone in your lineage uses AI, part of what they spend is recorded as your reward. Buying tokens never creates rewards.
| Generation | First 18 months | After 18 months |
|---|---|---|
| Generation 1 | 20% | 12% |
| Generation 2 | 5% | 3% |
| Generation 3 | 3% | 1.8% |
| Generation 4 | 2% | 1.2% |
| Total | 30% | 18% |
Percentages of the KI spent. The 18 months count from the invited member's first paid AI use in a Realm.
Rules that keep it fair. Rewards come only from real AI usage. Self-referrals, circular referrals, gifted credits and automated or fake activity don't count.
Rewards are recorded in your account from day one. Cash-out opens later.
When KI is spent inside a Realm, it goes straight to that Realm's treasury and flows through three steps, always in this order.
30% during the first 18 months, then 18%, to the member's lineage.
The real cost of AI and infrastructure goes to the ecosystem that provides it. No hidden charges.
Everything left belongs to the Realm, split into three pools.
Distributions are proposed every 2 weeks from verified use, and members approve them before any funds move.
The genesis wallets are published so anyone can check the balances. They are held by the founding team today and are moving to a 2-of-3 multisig.
Operations can spend up to $50,000 a month, paid only to approved payees. Every expense is recorded.
Kinship Duna starts with member governance, not token-weighted voting. Holding KI is not a vote.
Kinship Duna does not promise to buy back KI or hold its price. Public KI/USDC liquidity is how KI converts to dollars.
Anyone can check these on Solana once the token address is published.
No. KI is a utility token for paying for AI compute inside Kiduna. There is no promise of price, profit, dividends or buy-back.

No. Kinship Duna is governed by its members, not by token holdings.
Invite people with your Kinship Code. When they use AI, part of what they spend is recorded as your reward, up to four generations. Buying tokens alone never creates rewards.
Rewards are recorded in your account from day one. Cash-out opens later, together with withdrawals.
